Sticky Barbecue Pork Ribs

INGREDIENTS

 

  • 2kg Pork Ribs
  • 1 bottle of Big Ricks BBQ Sauce
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tsp olive oil

METHOD


Step 1

Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees.

Step 2

Combine, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cumin, salt and pepper in a bowl. Drizzle ribs with olive oil and rub seasoning all over the ribs, coating both front and back. Place ribs on a tray covered with foil and bake for 2 hours.

Step 3

Take ribs out of the oven and brush over Big Ricks BBQ Sauce evenly coating front and back of the ribs. Switch oven setting to grill. Return the ribs back to the oven uncovered for 3 minutes then turning the ribs over for another 3 minutes. Repeat this step until you see a thick caramelisation on the ribs.

Step 4

Serve with hot chips and salad. Enjoy!
