INSTRUCTIONS:
Step 1: Making the Prawn Mixture
- Place the broth, miso, ginger, coriander and 250ml of water in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Bring to a Simmer
- Add the mushroom, prawns, bok choy and spring onions.
- Return to a simmer.
- Cook for 1-2 minutes or until the prawns change colour.
Step 2: Cooking the Noodles
- Meanwhile, cook the noodle following the packet instructions.
- Drain well.
Step 3: Serve
- Divide the noodles and prawn mixture among bowls.
- Sprinkle with coriander leaves.
- Serve with toasted sesame seeds and thinly sliced spring onion.
