Scallop Sashimi

Fresh scallop sashimi is sustainably harvested from the pristine waters of Japan- Hokkaido, these Scallops are always seen 'roe-off' and are distinguished by their large size. They have a succulent and delicate meat perfect for seafood lovers who love them as natural as they come. Dip thinly sliced sashimi grade scallops in soy sauce and wasabi to enhance the flavours of the scallop meat.
