Luke’s Gluten Free Chicken & Leek Pie

Luke Mangan's range of gourmet pies and quiches. Chicken breast cooked with leek, onions, garlic, parsley, coriander, thyme, salt, pepper & cream, enclosed in a buttery gluten-free shortcrust pastry, dusted with mustard seeds.

Cooking Instructions:

- Pre-heat the oven to 160°C - Place the pie in the oven and re-heat for 40 minutes or until a knife is inserted and comes out hot. - Remember, all ovens are different so cooking time can vary.
