Step 1
Heat oil in a large pan, add sausages and cook, turning until brown and cooked through. Cut one sausage in half to check.

Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, cook frozen peas until soft, and mix with butter. Set aside.
Step 3
In the same pan, heat with oil. Cook onions until softened, add gravy, stirring until heated through.
Step 4
Bring a pot of water to boil and drop in Luke’s Famous Mash Potato. Boil for 3 – 5 minutes. Following package instructions.
Step 5
Serve sausages with mash, and pour over the gravy. Enjoy!
