INGREDIENTS:

 

  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • Taco Seasoning Mix
  • Small Tortillas
  • Shredded Cabbage
  • Lime Wedges
  • 4 Black Cod Fillets
  • Your favourite Salsa or Sauce

INSTRUCTIONS:

Step 1: Prepare

  • Heat the olive oil in a skillet over a medium heat.

Step 2 : Cook the Fish

  • Season the fish fillets with taco seasoning.
  • Cook for 2–3 minutes on each side.

Step 3 : Assemble

  • Flake the fish and place it in the tortillas.
  • Add the shredded cabbage and salsa.
  • Serve with lime wedges.
