Baby Octopus
Local baby octopus has a juicy bite, and mild texture. Caught from Coffs Harbour in New South Wales and once eaten shows a tenderness with a beautiful crisp bite to it.There are a variety of ways to cook octopus, marinate and thrown on the BBQ, grilled, tossed through a pasta or simply pickled.
