Bianco's Homemade Eggplant Parmigiana

Cooking Instructions:

Remove the plastic lid and replace it with foil. Place the tray in the oven at 180°C. From frozen approximately 50-60 minutes, if defrosted approximately 30-40 minutes. 5 minutes before it is cooked, remove the foil and allow it to brown on top. Allow it to rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
